How the deposit and the balance work

A booking is paid in two parts: a deposit to secure the date, and the balance after the session.

What to do

  1. Pay the deposit after the vendor confirmsThe deposit is 50% of the package price. It reserves your date.
  2. Attend the sessionNothing further is charged automatically.
  3. Settle the balanceThe remaining amount becomes due after the session, and paying it unlocks your gallery for download.

Expected result

Your booking shows the amount paid against the total, so you can always see what remains.

If the issue continues

  • If the amount shown does not match what you expected, do not pay again — contact support with the booking ID.
