Which payment methods you can use

Payment runs through a licensed payment gateway. Orfy never sees or stores your card number.

What to do

  1. Choose at checkoutAvailable methods: QRIS, bank transfer, e-wallet, card. What you see depends on your country and the amount.
  2. Complete it in the gatewayCard and wallet details are entered on the gateway's own page, not on Orfy.
  3. Return to OrfyThe booking updates once the gateway confirms. Do not close the tab mid-payment.

Expected result

The booking shows the payment, and your card details were never handled by us.

If the issue continues

  • If a method you expect is missing, it is not offered for that amount or country — pick another.

What to send support

  • Your account email
  • The booking ID
  • The method you were trying to use

Never share your password, a one-time code, your full card number or your CVV. Orfy support will never ask for them.
