How an Orfy booking works, start to finish
A booking moves through a fixed set of statuses. Knowing which one you are in tells you what happens next and who needs to act.

What to do
- Find a vendor and choose a packageEach package lists the session length, how many edited photos you receive, and what is included.
- Send a booking requestThe vendor reviews the date, location and package before accepting. The booking sits at Pending confirmation until they respond.
- Pay the deposit once it is confirmedA deposit of 50% secures the date. The booking moves to Deposit paid.
- Attend the sessionAfter the shoot the vendor marks the session complete.
- Settle the balanceThe remaining amount is paid after the session.
- Receive and download your photosThe vendor uploads the edited photos and the gallery unlocks once the booking is fully paid.
Expected result
You can see your current status on My Bookings at any time, and the next action is always shown there.
If the issue continues
- If a status has not changed and you are unsure why, open the booking and message your vendor first — most delays are answered there.
