What an error message means

• I see an error code
• A page says something went wrong

1. 1Not signed inYour session ended. Sign in again and retry.
2. 2Not allowedThe account you are signed in as cannot do this — often the wrong one of two accounts.
3. 3Not foundThe page or item does not exist, or was removed. Navigate from your bookings rather than an old link.
4. 4Already doneThe action was already completed, often by a double click. Reload before retrying.
5. 5File too largeExport smaller and upload again.
6. 6Too many requestsSlow down and wait a minute. This is a protection, not a fault.
7. 7Something went wrong on our sideRetry in a few minutes. If it persists, report it — a repeatable server error is worth knowing about.
