A short count is a conversation with the photographer. Seeing someone else's photos is a privacy incident — report that immediately.

What to do

  1. Count against the packageDelivered totals are usually higher than the edited count; check which number you are comparing.
  2. Ask the photographer if the count is shortAn incomplete upload is the usual cause and is quickly fixed.
  3. If the photos are not yours, stop and report itDo not download or share them. Tell support straight away.

Expected result

Your gallery is complete and contains only your session.

If the issue continues

  • A privacy incident is treated as urgent — report it even if you think it may be your mistake.
