Deleting your account
Deletion closes the account and ends your ability to sign in. Settle anything open first — you cannot reach a booking you can no longer sign in to.

Before you begin
- Complete or cancel any active booking.
- Download any delivered photos you want to keep.
- Photographers: withdraw your available balance first.
What to do
- Finish what is openAn in-flight booking involves someone else, who is still expecting it.

- Request deletion from your settings, or by emailRequests by email must come from the address on the account.
Expected result
The account is closed and sign-in is no longer possible.
If the issue continues
- Some records are kept where the law requires it — for example, transaction records for tax and accounting. The Privacy Policy sets out what and for how long.

Never share your password, a one-time code, your full card number or your CVV. Orfy support will never ask for them.
