Responding to booking requests

A request waits at Pending confirmation until you accept it. Nothing is charged to the client until you do.

Symptoms

  • I have a pending request
  • A client is waiting for me

What to do

  1. Open the booking in StudioCheck the date, location and package.
  2. Accept if you can do itThe client is then asked for the deposit, which secures the date.
  3. Decline if you cannotDeclining early frees the client to book someone else, which is better than silence.

Expected result

The client knows where they stand and, if accepted, the date is reserved once they pay.
