Platform fee, balance, and withdrawals

Orfy takes a platform fee on completed bookings. What remains becomes your withdrawable balance.

What to do

  1. Understand the feeThe standard platform fee is 10%. Founding vendors pay 4% instead, for the period stated when they joined.
  2. Watch your balance buildEarnings become available as bookings settle.
  3. Request a withdrawalA withdrawal needs a minimum balance of 10. Processing takes the timeframe shown in your Studio.

Expected result

Your Studio shows your balance and the status of any withdrawal you have requested.

If the issue continues

  • Contact support if a withdrawal has not moved and the details on file are correct.

What to send support

  • Your account email
  • Your studio name
  • The withdrawal request date and amount
