Photographers control their own packages and can unpublish or reprice them. A booking already confirmed keeps the terms it was made under.

Symptoms

  • The package I saved is gone
  • The price is different from what I remember

Most likely causes

  • The photographer unpublished the package.
  • The price or contents were updated.
  • The photographer paused their profile.

What to do

  1. Check their other packagesRepricing usually means a new package replaced an old one.
  2. Ask them directlyIf a package you wanted is gone, they can tell you whether it is coming back.
  3. Existing bookings are unaffectedA confirmed booking keeps the price and contents agreed at the time.
